We specialize in enterprise software design, ecommerce, brand strategy, and AI-integrated design practice — with deep experience across healthcare, automotive, CPG, financial services, SaaS, media, and social impact.
Founded by James E. Hoard III, the firm brings over twenty years of hands-on design leadership to every engagement. James has led product design teams, built and scaled design systems, facilitated executive alignment, and shipped complex software and digital products for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 healthcare companies to early-stage AI startups.
Through a strategic partnership with SHOPLINE and the ECVC Accelerator, we extend our ecommerce practice to help brands design, build, and launch transaction-ready online stores. Our approach integrates AI into every phase of the design process — from research and prototyping through delivery.
